Meet Tabish Aijaz, MD

Dr. Tabish Aijaz is a trained fellowship anesthesiologist and pain specialist. He trained at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago in anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine. His practice aims to help patients suffering from various pain conditions, including headache, neck pain, back pain, pelvic pain, joint pain, radiofrequency ablation (RFA), neuropathy, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), and cancer-related pain. His practice is dedicated not only to treating chronic pain but also acute pain and subacute pain.

Meet Ezihe Agwu, MD

Ezihe Agwu, MD graduated from Stony Brook University with her degree in medicine. Dr. Agwu trained at Maimoinides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY in anesthesiology and completed a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia

Meet Cynthia Delavelle, NP

Cynthia DeLavalle is a Board Certified Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in health care as a registered nurse, working in acute care settings. While working as a Registered nurse, she advanced her skills to work in adult critical care and Cardio-Thoracic critical care settings. Cynthia then pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors, and received the Sr. Leona DeBoer Graduate Nursing Award at Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY.
